To ensure a fair process and maintain our guarantee, refund requests must follow these steps:

2. Eligibility

You have 90 days from the purchase date to request a refund.

Valid for first-time purchases of a product only.

Maximum of one refund per customer/household.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or there was an error on our part.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrived damaged or defective:

We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5â10 business days.
5. Subscription Orders

The 90-day guarantee applies to the first delivery only.

Future shipments cannot be refunded once processed, but you can pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date.
